Booking

A booking is confirmed once our team verifies date availability and a deposit is received. Your departure voucher is sent after confirmation.

Payment

Payment is made by bank transfer or another method we share at confirmation. We do not process payments directly on this website.

Schedule changes

Date changes can be requested at least 48 hours before departure and depend on availability. Last-minute changes beyond that window may incur a fee.

Cancellation

Cancellations more than 7 days before departure receive a full deposit refund. Within 7 days, refunds are adjusted for costs already committed.

Weather and circumstances beyond our control

Outdoor activities such as trekking, camping, and the Merapi jeep tour may be adjusted or rescheduled if weather makes them unsafe. Guest safety always comes first.

Responsibility

Guests must inform us of medical conditions, food allergies, or dietary restrictions before the trip begins. We are not liable for loss of personal belongings during activities.
