We have done cooking classes in three countries and this one felt the most real. Picking the vegetables ourselves and grinding spices on stone made all the difference. The view from the pavilion was unforgettable.

The lunch at a local family home was the highlight, not the temples. Our guide translated the whole conversation and we ended up staying far longer than planned. Worth every cent.

A proper walking tour. Small group, no rushing, and the guide clearly knew every stall owner personally. Sate klathak was a revelation.

Anak saya umur sembilan tahun ikut dan sangat menikmati. Kainnya dibawa pulang dan sekarang dipajang di kamarnya. Jamu-nya juga enak, tidak sepahit yang saya kira.

The soft trek was genuinely soft, which suited us fine. Campfire dinner was excellent. Bring a warmer jacket than you think you need, it gets cold up there.
